Therapy to help busy perfectionists build more spacious and less stressful lives.

In-person and online therapy services for the Chicago area and throughout Illinois and missouri

Your friends, co-workers, and your family might think of you as “the one with it together.” They may describe you as hard working, reliable, and “someone you can always count on.” But you are tired of feeling like everyone else’s confidante, therapist, or “fixer.”

You’re stressed, exhausted, anxious, and never feeling like your efforts add up to a fulfilling life. You’re tired of trying to balance all of the responsibilities and stressors in your life and can feel yourself hitting a breaking point. You’re looking for a space where you get to show up and be taken care of, instead of you always taking care of others.

Maybe you want to find a soft place to land as you adjust to grief and loss in your life.

Maybe you want to learn new tools to give yourself grace and let go of perfectionism.

Maybe you’ve heard that EMDR can help you release the trauma and anxiety stored in your body.

Let’s work together - either intensively or through weekly therapy - to help you build the spacious, nourishing life that you deserve.

steps to getting there

1. set up a call

Getting started with a new therapist is the hardest step, and I’m here to make it painless and stress-free. Reach out to me today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit and to get your first session scheduled, either virtually for clients throughout Illinois or in-person in my Chicago office.

2. Begin Your Journey

We’ll meet for an initial intake session to map out your goals and discuss how we are going to achieve them together. We can decide together if an EMDR intensive or a weekly format is a better fit for you.

3. Experience change

Feel connected, nourished, and energized as you let go of old patterns and step into a new way of being in the world. Learn the difference between knowing something cognitively and feeling the truth of it in your bones.
