fees for therapy and emdr intensives
I am considered “out of network” with insurance companies, which means that all services are paid out of pocket. Your insurance may cover services for out-of-network providers. You can contact your insurance company to access information regarding your mental health benefits and to obtain any/all authorizations. If your health insurance agrees to reimburse you for your sessions, you will pay for services directly and I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider with your claim.
Intake sessions are $200. Weekly sessions (55 minutes) are $175.

EMDR INTENSIVES cost
EMDR intensives are billed as packages to best serve your unique needs and goals. It is completely normal to want to build a custom intensive, or to want to meet for an initial intake and map out an intensive plan together, so feel free to contact me if you have any questions about customizing your therapy!
Please note that Intensives are not covered by insurance at this time, and will not qualify for out-of-network reimbursement.
A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your appointment times. The remaining 50% will be paid on the first day of the EMDR Intensive.

Includes:
90-minute pre-intensive intake
Personalized treatment workbook, which allows you to work on your treatment goals before and after EMDR intensive sessions
One three-hour block of EMDR Therapy
90-minute follow-up session to assess and support your adaptation to positive changes from treatment
6 contact hours + personalized treatment workbook - $1,440
two day intensive
9 contact hours + personalized treatment workbook - $2,160
Includes:
90-minute pre-intensive intake
Personalized treatment workbook, which allows you to work on your treatment goals before and after EMDR intensive sessions
Six hours EMDR Therapy over the course of one or two weeks (3 hours per day for two days)
90-minute follow-up session to assess and support your adaptation to positive changes from treatment
