I get to hold hope for a living. Even if you don’t have hope for yourself or your future quite yet, I’m here to work collaboratively and holistically with you until you do.
In my role as your therapist, I aspire to create a safe haven—a space where you can feel cared for, truly seen, and deeply heard. Your journey is distinctive, and my commitment is to tailor your treatment with a gentle touch, respecting your needs and energy. No rigid scripts or timelines here—just a genuine acknowledgment of your individual circumstances and experiences.
I have advanced training in clinical hypnosis, EMDR, expressive arts therapy, yoga, and perinatal mental health (PMH-C), all of which I use to view your specific challenges through a multifaceted lens. I’m also certified in Thanatology (CT), which means I have extensive training and experience in death education, care of the dying, bereavement, and grief counseling in order to support those experiencing loss.
I have a Masters in Social Work as well as a Masters in Theology and Ministry and welcome clients who wish to incorporate their religious or spiritual backgrounds into therapy. It's a gentle invitation, without ever pushing or imposing any particular beliefs or dogma. I’ve worked in bereavement centers for children and families, on college campuses supporting young sexual assault survivors, with nonprofits to support women affected by cancer and those in hospice, and in private practice offering therapy to adults.
I find immense joy in the work I do, and I'm here to connect with you on your unique path.
